Nutriline Feed and Feed Additives reached a major milestone on May 30, 2025, with the grand opening of its state-of-the-art premix production facility in the Ali Kahya Organized Industrial Zone, Kocaeli. This strategic investment marks a significant step forward in strengthening Turkey’s domestic feed additive production capacity.
The facility spans 5,540 m² and houses the first premix production unit, with plans already in place for a second unit to be commissioned in response to future demand. Equipped with fully automated production lines and AI-powered traceability systems, the plant ensures superior quality control, operational flexibility, and complete transparency in production processes. Its location offers unmatched logistical advantages — just 3–5 minutes from the North Marmara and TEM highways, and in close proximity to İzmit Bay, providing direct access to maritime transport routes.
The opening ceremony brought together key industry figures, including Kocaeli Governor İlhami Aktaş and President of Türkiyembir Ülkü Karakuş, along with many valued stakeholders. In their remarks, they highlighted the importance of this investment in reducing Turkey’s 95% reliance on imported feed additives and promoting sustainable local production.
With this facility, Nutriline aims not only to ensure greater reliability and self-sufficiency in the domestic market but also to expand its export capabilities, positioning itself as a competitive and trusted supplier in global markets. This investment reflects Nutriline’s long-term commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence in animal nutrition.
